1. AI Voice Notice

GetCall utilizes automated artificial intelligence voice software to handle incoming business calls. By using our service, you acknowledge that callers will interact with an AI voice agent, not a human receptionist. You agree to ensure that all necessary disclosures are made to end users regarding the use of automated AI technology during calls.

2. Call Recording Consent & Compliance

The subscribing business or client bears sole responsibility for enabling, implementing, and maintaining all legally required call-recording consent disclaimers in accordance with local, state, and federal wiretapping laws. This includes but is not limited to:

GetCall is not responsible for legal non-compliance related to call recording, disclosure, or consent violations.

3. HIPAA & Healthcare Non-Compliance

GetCall is a scheduling and call-routing automation platform. GetCall is not a HIPAA-compliant system and does not serve as an electronic health record (EHR) or medical record storage solution. If your practice handles Protected Health Information (PHI), you are responsible for:

GetCall may not be used as your primary or sole means of health information management.

4. Emergency Services Not Supported

GetCall does not handle emergency calls and is not equipped to provide emergency services. All emergency calls must be directed to 911. The AI system is designed only for routine business inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general information requests. You must ensure that callers are able to reach emergency services directly and that your forwarding setup does not impede access to 911.

5. No Long-Term Contracts

GetCall operates on a month-to-month billing cycle with no mandatory long-term contracts. You may cancel your service before your next billing cycle without penalty. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@getcall.co.
